You are allowed to check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of receiving your order.

If the product is intact but you change your mind, you can return it immediately by paying only the courier charge.

If your product has any visible defects (e.g., torn packaging, damage), you must inform us within 3–4 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement within the next 3–4 days.
