1. Eligibility for Returns

You received the wrong product
The product is expired or compromised
Note: We do not accept returns for opened, used, or unsealed products unless they were defective or sent in error.
2. Return Request Timeframe
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Digital or downloadable products
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
